Bolt is 100 percent ready for the Olympics

The triple Olympic champion Usain Bolt (Jamaica) is fully prepared for the protection of historic titles in the sprint to 100 and 200 meters of the Games in London. "Usain is completely healthy," confirmed the athlete agent Ricky Simms.

Bolt himself said yesterday that it has recovered from back pain and hip, which tormented him in a while. In an interview with BBC, however, he added, is that healthy "95 percent, but feel in great shape." The world record was beaten by John Blake in the Olympic qualifications of Jamaica 100 and 200 meters last month that cast doubt on its status.

"In qualifying I was not 100 percent and did not want to jeopardize. When it comes to major championships, however, always give everything," said 25-year-old Bolt.

He said recently emphasized the technique of 200 meters. "Especially when making a turn. Made and additional conditioning drills to increase strength, because in the last meters I felt tired. I'm happy with my form right now," said Bolt.
